At Purrcolation, where we love cats & coffee, we do not offer returns or refunds except in the case of damaged goods. As all our items are printed on demand, we are unable to restock them once they have been customized to your order.
We only accept returns and offer refunds for items that are damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our support desk at support@purrcolation.com to initiate the return process. Do not send any items without confirmation from our team.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
